01 · Share your space. Use our visual project planner to tell us about your room, style and practical needs. Approximate measurements and a few photos are a useful start.
02 · Shape the details. We discuss proportions, your TV and electric fire, storage, lighting and acoustic panels. A visit may be needed to confirm the measurements and installation requirements.
03 · Know what is included. Your written quote sets out the agreed work, materials, finishes and exclusions before you choose to proceed.
04 · Bring it together. We agree access and timing, then work through the build and finishing details for a space that feels like yours.

Your questions, answered.
Can I have a media wall without a fireplace?
Yes. A TV feature wall can bring together concealed cables, shelves, cabinets and acoustic panels without a fire. Choose the TV-only option in the quote planner.
Can you include acoustic panels?
You can request slatted acoustic panels behind the TV, to either side or across a feature wall, in oak, walnut, black or another finish. We will discuss suitable materials and fitting; acoustic performance depends on the product, installation and room.
Can the shelves have downlights or LED strips?
Both are options to discuss. Downlights create pools of light within shelves, while LED strips can give a softer line of light. Tell us whether you would like dimming, TV backlighting or under-cabinet lighting too.
